Sarezin, the first foal bred by Elmridge, by the age of five had been crowned Australian Champion Stallion. He has continued the success story by siring the most wonderful progeny – purebreds and derivatives – from a wide variety of mares. Sarezin has world class progeny throughout Australia and in Europe.

At the AA 2009 Victorian Classic Sarezin won the prestigious Chipala Award for the Sire of the Most Successful Purebred Progeny.

At the AAA 2009 Australian Championships, Sarezin’s progeny won two Australian Championships, one Reserve and three Top Tens.

At the 2010 Australian Championships, Sarezin’s son Adaiss won his second Australian Championship, having initially won as a yearling.

 
Sarezin

Sarezin is renowned for his wonderful temperament. As well as being an outstanding Arabian sire of proven prepotency, he is 16 hands of true horseman's horse. Sarezin enjoys a rich, full, varied and natural life, combining saddle work with his stud duties.

Elmridge, on 25 acres at Arcadia in the scenic Hills District of Sydney, NSW, is owned and run by mother and daughter team Lynden Franklin and Verity Smith.

Syrah, at Bullengarook, is literally a sister stud, based on 89 acres in the beautiful Macedon Ranges area of Victoria. Syrah's owner Vanessa Crosland is Lynden's daughter and Verity's sister.
